Pain

Usual Night


Could not sleep
again
went downstairs
watched TV
washed dishes
keeping my mind
distracted
Lay on the couch
familiar pillow
blanket await
fan blows
away
empty noise
Starring at the dark
keep things locked
up inside
not seen sunshine for days
heard it snowed,
feel its cold
